DMLT or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology is a diploma level program that can be done after completion of Class 12/ PUC or Class 10/ SSLC.

Typical jobs that can be obtained after doing DMLT are Medical Laboratory Staff, Laboratory Technician, Data Entry Operator, Medical Writer, Medical Transcription etc. Jobs can be in Government Hospitals, Private Clinics, medical labs, Colleges & Universities, or Medical Transcription companies.

After doing DMLT, one can even choose to go for higher studies such as BSc and thereafter MSc in Medical Lab Technology.

Year I

Year I Diploma is required for students who have only cleared 10th std and joined the Diploma course. Teaching is for one year followed by an annual examination.
